- PRODUCTS AND PRICING
We take every care to ensure that product descriptions are accurate at the time of uploading products to the website. We reserve the right to withdraw any product from the website without any prior notification. We also reserve the right to amend prices of products without prior notification.
Our products are priced in Sterling. When paying by credit card this is the amount which will be deducted from your debit or credit card. When purchasing products with Euro or other currencies, debit or credit cards, the exchange rates will be set by the cardholders’ bank. These rates fluctuate on a daily basis, for further information, the cardholder should contact their bank as exchange rates are not applied by Houstons. All prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT.
- ORDERING GOODS
When an order is placed on our website, you will receive a confirmation email confirming we have received your order and it is being processed. You will receive a second email from us acknowledging your order has been dispatched with a tracking number where applicable.
All products are subject to availability. Our display of products on our website is an invitation and not an offer to sell those goods to you. An offer is made when you place the order for your products.
If products that you order are out of stock, subject to a delay or the price is higher than that shown on your order, we will try to contact you at the email address you provided when placing your order. If we cannot contact you or receive no response to our email, we will continue to process any remaining products on your order. We will not supply a replacement product without your authorisation. If you would like to cancel your order please see returns section of our policy.
- DELIVERY
STANDARD DELIVERY
NORTHERN IRELAND, IRELAND, UK & EU SHIPPING
We offer FREE delivery on purchases over £50. We charge £3.95 postage for purchases less than £50. We charge £5.95 to deliver to ROI and £4.95 to deliver to EU. All orders received before 2pm Monday to Thursday with a delivery address in Ireland and Northern Ireland should be received by the customer within 48 hours. Orders placed on a Friday and over the weekend will be dispatched on a Monday morning.
Our chosen postal partner for Northern Ireland & Ireland is Fastway registered courier service. On occasion we will use Royal Mail.
MORE INFORMATION ON FASTWAY
For all parcels dispatched using this method, the recipient will receive a notification email to confirm the goods have been dispatched along with a track and trace number. You can check the status of your order on https://www.fastway.ie/.
COLLECT ORDER INSTORE
When ordering your purchases you can opt to collect your items instore by clicking 'Collect Instore'. Your order will be ready for collection 24 hours after the order has been placed. Store Pick up times: 9am – 5.30pm Monday to Saturday.
When collecting your items instore, remember to bring your order confirmation email which will be emailed to you once your order has been completed. We will accept the email in printed format or on a tablet or smart phone.
Photographic identification must also be presented when collecting goods; we will accept a drivers license or passport.
What happens after I place an order?
When your order is placed we will send you an email to confirm all your details are correct. Once we have dispatched your item(s), you will receive a second email from us noting your delivery information and tracking number where applicable.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift Vouchers cannot be returned once purchased and cannot be exchanged for cash or other gift cards. Gift vouchers purchased in-store or on our website cannot be used as a form of payment on the website.
We cannot take responsibility for any gift vouchers that are lost, stolen or used by someone other than your recipient after delivery. Make sure your recipient has received their gift voucher, as it is their responsibility to keep the Gift voucher safe. We use reliable postal services however we shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the parcels within the estimated timescales.
- RETURNS POLICY
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
We are happy to offer a refund if the item is unsuitable within 10 days of receipt of your order. The product you return must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with tags attached and in original packaging. It is our policy to return goods to the purchaser if we suspect that any product has been used or worn. All dispatched orders will include a packing note outlining your purchase details and a returns form.
Following inspection an email shall be sent confirming receipt and you will be refunded the amount due through the original method of payment, excluding original postage charge if relevant.
You should expect to see the refund in your account within 5 working days from receipt of this email; however some banks may take longer. If you have not received this money into your account after 10 working days you should contact enquiries@houstonfashions.co.uk.
We are happy to exchange a product for the same product but in a different size or colour, if available pending the product being returned is new, unused and unworn condition with tags attached and in original packaging. If a different product is requested then a new order must be completed on the website by the user.
