Can I Return Items Bought In The Sale?
All Houstons stores offer exchanges or refunds on sale items up to and including 50% off, when returned within 10 days of purchase, accompanied with a valid receipt. Exceptions: Due to the nature of the product, we can not offer refunds on the following items unless faulty: Briefs, girdles, quilts, pillows, tights/stockings etc. Goods must be returned unworn/unused with all labels and packaging intact. Houstons reserve the right to refuse and exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged. THIS DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.
Do Houstons Offer Refunds/Exchanges?
Yes. If you are not entirely happy with a purchase refunds will be given to products returned within 10 days, accompanied with a valid receipt. Exchanges or credit vouchers will be given for goods returned within 30 days accompanied with a valid receipt. Exceptions: Due to the nature of the product, we can not offer refunds on the following items unless faulty: Briefs, girdles, quilts, pillows, tights/stockings etc. Goods must be returned unworn/unused with all labels and packaging intact. Houstons reserve the right to refuse and exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged. THIS DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.
Goods purchased online can be returned to your local store but refunds for these items cannot be processed in store. Refunds for online purchases must be processed online. It can take up to 10 working days for online refunds to show in your account.
