Due to striking we are currently experiencing delivery delays, we apologise for any inconvenience caused and we appreciate your patience.
We are extremely busy at the moment, and it may take us a little longer than usual to process your order. Rest assured, we are working hard to get your orders out as soon as possible.
Orders being dispatched to Northern Ireland and Ireland addresses will usually be dispatched using Fastway Couriers Ltd. Orders being dispatch to UK Mainland and EU Countries will be dispatched using Royal Mail. We do not accept any responsibility for delays incurred by delivery services owing to bad weather etc.
You will be notified when your order has been fulfilled and tracking numbers will be provided.
Should we experience any delays in dispatch due to stock availability, we will let you know via the email address you have provided.

Age Restricted Items will incur an additional postage charge due to Age Verification required, these items include (but are not limited to) Knives and Cutlery Sets. If your order includes an age restricted item, a member of our team will be in touch prior to dispatch regarding this additional charge.
Please note, if the item you have purchased is not available in the store you have chosen, this will cause a delay as we will have to dispatch your order to your chosen store. To avoid disappointment or delays, please call us before placing your order to confirm availability in your local store.
